This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Dhiraj Nishad, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 239 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that general and omnibus allegations have been levelled naming the applicant, 07 other co-accused persons and some unknown persons as accused in the first information report of assault upon the deceased Dheeraj Nishad. It is submitted that as per the postmortem examination report the deceased was found to have received two injuries on his person and the cause of death was opined as coma
