Heard Sri Hemant Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.666 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Sikandrabad, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no evidence against the applicant except the confessional statement before the police, as such, he is entitled for bail. The said confessional statement is not admissible before law as per Section 23 of the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. 5. It is further argued by learned counsel for the ap
