Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 , Police Station Syed Raza, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 26.5.2025.
