The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Swarup Das with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.500 of 2024, under Sections 406 and 506 IPC and 66D I.T. Act, Police Station Vrindavan, District Mathura, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence. He is citizen of India but he solemnized marriage with co-accused Reena Baral who is actually resident of Bangladesh. He further submitted that he has not committed any fraud and forgery against the informant. The applicant has documentary evidence regarding citizen of India i.e. date of birth certificate, income tax, PAN card, Stay Visa certificate etc. The applicant is languishing in jail since 07.03.2025.
