(2) The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 529 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Khurja Nagar, district Bulandshahar during the pendency of trial. (3) It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 02 criminal cases being Case Crime No. 847 of 2024 and Case Crime No. 752 of 2021. In Case Crime No. 847 of 2024, the applicant has been granted bail by this Court vide order of even date passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 29030 of 2025 and in Case Crime No. 752 of 2021, he has been granted bail vide
