The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants Rakesh and Deepu @ Deepak with a prayer to release them on bail in S.S.T. No.647 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.855 of 2023, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kannauj, District- Kannauj, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that according to the gang chart the applicants are said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which they have already been enlarged on bail by the competent criminal court.
