The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vineet with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.1023 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from the two cases, the applicant has criminal history of four more cases explained in bail application and supplementary affidavit in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
