Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rizwan @ Badda, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.75 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Mugalpura, District Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with.
