This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rizwan @ Badda, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.75 of 2025, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Mugalpura, District Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. There is recovery of 1152 grams charas from the possession of the applicant, which is little more than the commercial quantity. There is no independent witness of the said recover
