The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Abhishek Kumar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0336 of 2024, under Section 318(4) B.N.S. and 66D I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case.
