Second bail application was disposed of on 25.11.2024. Applicant- Prateek Singh has again approached this Court by way of filing present bail application in Case Crime No. 217 of 2022 (Session Trial No. 675 of 2022), under Sections 302, 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Chunar, District Mirzapur. 3. Applicant is in jail since 09.08.2022 i.e. about 3 years. According to status report, all the material witnesses have been examined and it is verified by learned A.G.A. for the State that number of eye witnesses have not supported the case of prosecution and were declared hostile also. 4. Therefore, considering the nature of evidence before the learned Trial Court as well as the period of incarceration, the applicant has made out a case for bail
