The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Prem Prakash Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.327 of 2025, under Sections 3(1), 2(b)(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the competent criminal court.
