The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Shairunnisha with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.293 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 61(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 16/17 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Khuthan, District Jaunpur, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. Her name came into light during investigation on the basis of statement of victim after about two months. Role of the applicant is said to be only conspirator. She has not committed any offence
