This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Arjun, seeking release on bail in connection with Case Crime No. 702 of 2023, under Sections 302, 364, 201, 120B, 34, 404 I.P.C., registered at P.S. Kowali Dehat, District Bulandshahar. 4. Learned counsel for State points out that as per his instructions the applicant has criminal history of four cases apart from present case and as such averment made in para-24 of the affidavit is false and incorrect. He submits that the bail application be dismissed in view of the order/judgement of the Apex Court passed in the cases of Munnesh Vs. State of U.P.: SLP (Crl.) No. 1400 / 2025 and Kaushal Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan : 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1473. 5. Learned counsel for the appli
