The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2025, under Sections 3/25 of Arms Act and Section 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Girwan, District- Banda, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is named in the first information report. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with. As per the first information report, 1 kg 100 gram ganja alongwith one country made pistol are said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant.
