This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mintu @ Rajendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 45 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376, 120B, 328 IPC, Police Station- Sarsawa, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.07.2024.
