The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.117 of 2018, under Sections 302, 307, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Raksa, District-Jhansi with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in the instant case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. Trial is at its conclusive end, as such, there is no likelihood of applicant tampering with the evidence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 04.12.2018, as such, applicant has been in incarceration for about six years and nine months, as such, his fundamental rights as enshrined under Article 21 of the Const
