Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.303 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 103(1), 61(2), 324(4), 117(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Nauhjheel, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation to the said delay caused.
