The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jitendra @ Mote Yadav with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.334 of 2021, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali Jalaun, District- Jalaun, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from the one case, the applicant has criminal history of two more cases, which have been duly explained in paragraph 10 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
