The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Achal Verma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420 I.P.C. and Section 66-D IT Act, Police Station Ganga Nagar, District Meerut, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that applicant is neither involved in alleged transactions nor has taken any benefit/received money through the alleged WhatsApp/social media account. He further submits that the information was received through the informant but he has no any kind of specific role in the embezzlement in this case.
