Court No. - 47 HON'BLE SIDDHARTH, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on 23.05.2025 by this court. Counsel for the applicant submits that there is allegation in the F.I.R that the applicant took the deceased boy in his lap and took him away. Thereafter his dead body was recovered on the next day. The C.C.T.V. camera installed at the house of one Wahid shows the applicant and the co-accused searching for the boy. However, during the examination of the Investigating Officer before the Court, he was unable to produce the said C.C.T.V. footage, stating that the same had become corrupt and therefore could not be placed before the Court.
