The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Anil Alias Panil with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.253 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115, 352, 109(1) of B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Panki, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3.
