Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Maudarwaza, District Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
