The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhola @ Bholu @ Jalaluddin with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0141 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Hariparbat, District- Agra, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from one case, the applicant has criminal history of three more cases, which has been explained in the supplementary affidavit.
