The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Rahul Pandey with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.115 of 2025, under Sections 34, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC read with 66C and 66D I.T. Act, Police Station Rajapur, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has been falsely implicated in this case being merely a Sales Executive and working with co- accused Om Prakash Agrahari. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. So
