This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant-Aftab, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.105 of 2024, u/s 108, 85 of BNS, P.S. Kon, District Sonbhadra. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 15.9.2024 by Mohd. Yasin Ali against the applicant and three other persons alleging therein that his daughter Sabiha Bano was married to the applicant in the year 2017. After marriage the accused persons were demanding motorcycle and Rs.1 lakh as dowry and used to torture and assault her. He had given gifts and Rs.1,20,000/- at the time of marriage.
