Court No. - 66 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Shri Shivam Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Satyapal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 464 of 2024, under Sections 302, 34, 120-B, 201 of IPC, Police Station Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.8.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR has been lodged with the delay of 38 days. The deceased died due to train accident There is no eye witness murdering the deceased. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Tinku has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate
