This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rajesh seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.433/2025, under Section 8/15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that mandatory provision of Section 42 and 50 of N.D.P.S. Act has not been complied with.
