The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has no previous criminal history except the present case, whereas learned A.G.A., on the basis of the instructions, pointed out that apart from the present case, the applicant has criminal history of one another case being Case Crime No. 252 of 2025, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur but learned counsel for the applicant has not disclosed and explained the aforesaid criminal history of the applicant. In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be allowed to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application with better particulars.
