This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Ratan Singh @ Kala seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.71 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 140(4) B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Usawan, District- Budaun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
