The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Ahsan Ali with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.102 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5), 317(5) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.4.2025.
