The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.237 of 2024, under Sections 80(2), 85, 103 B.N.S., 2023, and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Chauk, District Maharajganj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4.
