Act, Police Station Chauk, District Maharajganj with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. The deceased has come to the house of applicant on the date of incident. There are general and omnibus allegations against the applicant.
