Learned counsel for the applicants has stated that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicants alongwith other three named accused persons are stated to have barged into the house of the informant and assaulted her son Rahul @ Shani aged about 19 years causing grevious injury to him by lathi, danda, Sariya and bricks on 19.02.2025 at 06:30 p.m. 5.
