Heard Sri Karunesh Narayan Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhishek Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Bhaskar Bhadr and Sri Amit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 460 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, P.S.- Sirauli, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Applicant is not named in the FIR. The allegation has come up subsequently in the statement of one Lekhpal who has stated that applicant and co-accused Heerakali committed the said offence. 5.
