The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Devraj Singh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 418 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 103 (1), 352, 351 (3) B.N.S. Police Station-Mainather, District- Moradabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent.
