The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Maroof with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.341 of 2023, under Sections 302 I.P.C. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Mainather, District- Moradabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 30.10.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report was lodged on 29.10.2023, by one Shaista with the allegation that on the date of incident she came to her maternal house along with her husband namely Ashraf @ Guddu, where during some dispute with regard to ancestral property the applicant has given blow by knife in the stomach of
