The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Sadab @ Sonu in Case Crime No. 345 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 3(5) and 61 (2) (ka) B.N.S., Police Station-Nagal, District-Saharanpur, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 13.11.2024.
