In spite of service of notice upon opposite party nos.2 and 4 but no one has put in appearance on their behalf. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pushpa Devi with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.100 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 49 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Madhotanda, District- Pilibhit, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the first information report. In the first information report, only co-accused Balram and his father Mahaveer are named and it has been stated therein
