The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Kotwali Dehat, district Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in two criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from two cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of nine other criminal cases,
