This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Shyam Varshney seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.538 of 2024, under Section 109(1) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Dibai, District- Bulandshahar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He submits that the FSL report has not been received yet. The progress of the trial is going on and so far four prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial court. It is argued that the applicant is languishing in jail since 14.10.2024.
