Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Ajay Patel seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.113 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 61(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Soraon, District- Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant is innocent. Applicant is languishing in jail since 10.5.2025. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is submitted that the accused applicant is not named in the FIR and his name came into light on the basis of statement of main accused Anil Yadav during the course of investigation.
