This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Bheemsen, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.269 of 2025, under Sections 351(2), 137(2) B.N.S. & 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that accused has falsely implicated in this case due to village rivalry and he is not committed any offence against the victim. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case and no other criminal history available against the accused-applicant. 4.
