The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shivam Sharma, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Khajani, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, on 10.05.2025 at 10.00 a.m., all the accused persons along with 10 unknown persons carried with Katta Gun came to the house of informant and started firing, then all was in afraid and ran away to house.
