Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-N.C.B. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Rakesh Yadav @ Lutur, seeking enlargement on bail in Compliant Case No.48 of 2025, arising out of N.C.B.Crime no.01 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/25/29/60(3) of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. N.C.B. Gorakhpur, District Sonbhadra. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He is languishing in jail since 20.7.2024. It is submitted that the mandatory provisions of Secti
