This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sarif, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2025 under Section 8/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 303(2), 305(a), 317(4), 338, 336(3) B.N.S., Police Station-Amapur, District- Kasganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery of 2700 grams of intoxicating powder Diazepam from the applicant and other co-accused.
