Court No. - 67 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants-Chand Ali and Sazzam Ali with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 242 of 2025, under Section 152 Railway Act, Police Station-G.R.P., District-Prayagraj during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that with regard to an incident in question, an F.I.R. was lodged on 04.06.2025 against unknown person for the offence under Section 152 Railway Act. It is next argued that the applicant are not named in the F.I.R. and they have been falsely implicated in this case on the information given by an informer.
