Court No. - 87 HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Ranjay Kumar Maurya, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2025, under Section 8 and 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Jangipur, District Ghazipur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that alleged recovery of 11.02 Kg ganja is below commercial quantity as such the provisions of Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act will not be applicable. It is further submitted that mandatory provisions of Sections 42, 43, 50, 52-A and 57 of N.D.P.S. Act have not been complied with. The applicant is languishing in jail since
