This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Nadeem Ansari, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 66 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 316(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Swar, District Rampur. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial in the present matter has concluded and as such the bail application has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. 5.
