The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Faisal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 74, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 191(2) B.N.S. 2023 and under Section 9M/10 POCSO Act, Police Station-Railway Road, District -Meerut, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
