Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named along with three other accused for commission of murder of the deceased. General allegation has been made against the applicant and no specific allegation has been made against her. Two other co-accused Hermant Kumar and Rakesh @ Bunti have already been enlarged on bail and as the case of applicant is not on the worse footing than that of the aforesaid co- accused who have been enlarged on bail, therefore, applicant may also be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
