The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Imran Ali with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.271 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 351(3) of B.N.S.S. and 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Khalilabad, District-Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. It is further submitted that FIR was registered at a very belated stage.
