The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Imran Ali with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.271 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 351(3) of B.N.S.S. and 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Khalilabad, District-Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. It is further submitted that FIR was registered at a very belated stage. In the FIR, it has been stated that applicant has committed the unnatural sex with the minor children having the age of 12 to 14 years. All the five victims have stated
